Lesson twenty-two - Conversation review Two

1- What do you say when someone says "hi" to you?
2- What is the difference between Good Night and Good Evening?
3- What is the polite way to ask something to somebody?
4- What do you say before you ask an information ?
5- Your father did something good for  you. How do you praise him ?
6- I have something to tell you but I don't know if you would like to listen to me. What do you say to show me that you want to?
7-  How would you explain to a friend about the first conditional?
8- When someone asks me if I speak English , I answer " Yes, I speak English". Is there other way to answer this question?
9- Could you introduce yourself and your  family , informing the relationship, age and a thing each one like to do?
10- Someone is speaking with you in a perfect English, but you can't understand some words because the person talks too fast. What do you do to keep your conversation going?
11- What are the differences among get/make and earn money?
12- Tell me 10 English verbs you know by heart.
13- Guided Conversation. Bruna and Elias will have a conversation following my instructions.

B- Olá, Boa noite! Meu nome é Bruna. Qual é seu nome?
E- Olá Bruna, meu nome é Elias. Como vai você?
B- Muito bem obrigada. Você fala Inglês?
E- Não muito bem. Sinto muito. Mas eu entendo se você falar devagar. De onde você é?
B- Eu sou do Brazil. E você?
E- Eu sou Japones. Parabens! Seu Inglês é muito bom!
B- È porque tenho aulas particulares em casa.
E- Com licença, mas tenho que ir. Prazer em conhece-la Bruna.
B- O prazer é meu.

33- Identifying the sentences. I will write some sentences in English and the person in parenthesis will try to find some informations about the sentence.  You must tell me wether this sentence is in the present, past, future, continous, immediate future, first conditional, second conditional, third conditional, affirmative, negative,interrogative, comparative of equality, superiority, inferiority, superlative...I mean, you are supposed to give me all the informations you can take from the sentences.

Example: 


* Edgar's house is the most expensive house I have ever seen. ( J.B.)






answer = This is an affirmative sentence. It is written in both simple and  perfect tense. In the beggining of the sentence I could identify a genitive case. There's also a superlative grammar.

A- I don't like to live in Brazil. ( Bruna )
B- Is your teacher as fluent as a native american? ( Elias )
C- If I were you , I would pay attention on your teacher. ( Dani)
D- The teacher spent his vacation at his sister's beach house. ( J.B.)
E- I won't buy a car for you because I don't have money. ( Bruna )
F- Where are you going to? ( Dani )
G- Why will I believe in your story? It is smelling a rat. ( Elias)
H- If Dani had had another sister, She wouldn't have been as happy as she is now with Bruna.( J.B.)
